Custom size outdoor foam mattress. Marine grade! Can be cut to any custom size; depth up 14". Round, square or rectangular
sizes. Square corners or rounded corners. On outdoor mattresses wider than 50" there has to have a seam somewhere in the
foam. These glue joints are very strong and allow us to create larger size mattresses that are still weather worthy! Custom

Please Note: This custom outdoor mattress does not come with a cover, just the custom cut size of foam mattress. You have
to order the Sunbrella mattress cover separately. The prices are listed above separately, for both 7” & 9” mattresses heights
and the Sunbrella mattress covers. Prices are listed independently for each item. Mattress height and quality is what gives you

Outdoor foam mattress retards mold or mildew when provided ample water drainage. Fungicide is built into the foam during
production of foam. Water drains completely out of the foam and then it simple dries back out. It is important that the foam
dries back out.
For outdoor mattresses used near swimming pools, they need to be elevated off ground level. Best to make a platform frame with a open slatted bottom to suspend your mattress up at least 6"- 12" off ground level which allows water drainage and breathing room so your mattress can dry out after storms. Porchbed frames or hanging swings should also have a open slatted bottom support to allow the mattress to drain any moisture and then dry out. NOT a solid plywood bottom. We make our mattress covers with a vinyl mesh on the bottom side of the mattress so water or condensation can drain out and the mattress dry back out. Outdoor products that are marine rated simply cost more. That is a fact, but what you get in return is satisfaction that your product in six months won’t be a moldy mess to deal with. Sunbrella fabric is on top side of mattress cover & sides, bottom of mattress has mesh - shown below so water can drain out of mattress. Mattress needs to be elevated to allow water or moisture to drain out of mattress . Mattress covers are made with heavy grade #5 nylon zippers. Zipper goes diagonally from one corner to the other. Much longer zippers allowing clients to take covers off and put back on easily without frustration. Or without breaking zippers! Sewn with sun resistant Tenara thread. Please Note: Full, Queen and King mattress covers must have seams in the top width, as the fabric is generally only 54" wide. Seams can go either crosswise or lengthwise of mattress, depending on how your porchbed/daybed frame is situated on your porch.
